To architect and develop a Data Lake and warehousing solution. The implementation of the data lake and warehousing solution will be done in phases. This request for tender will be focused on phase 1 which will include the below:

Architecture Blueprint: Develop an architectural blueprint for the data lake and warehousing solution suited to the Council’s needs. This should include a detailed recommendation for an appropriate cloud platform along with corresponding cost estimates.

Implementation: Establish the initial, foundational implementation of the Data Lake and warehousing solution
