ABOUT THE CITY OF COFFS HARBOUR

ABOUT THE RFQ

The City of Coffs Harbour is seeking quotations from appropriately qualified and experienced proponents for contract CON00627 UPGRADE OF NANA GLEN OVAL AMENITIES DESIGN. This contract will be made under the City's AS4122 General Conditions of Contract Consultants, a copy of which is supplied in the RFQ document package.

ENQUIRIES

Tender enquiries should be directed to Mr Greg Hughes Project Manager via the tendering portal online forum. All enquiries must be made via the tendering portal and the cut-off time and date for enquiries is Thursday 20 March 2025 at 3pm AEDST.

SUBMISSIONS

Completed responses are to be submitted via the electronic tender box only, using the attached MS Word version of the document.

Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt, timed and dated upon completion. Should assistance with the tendering portal be required please use the online manual on the portal under Support/Online.

CLOSING DATE AND TIME:

Tenders close at 10.00am AEDST on Monday 24 March 2025.

Submissions must be fully uploaded by this time as the portal cuts off at exactly 10.00am AEDST.

The City is not bound to accept the lowest priced quotation, all or any part of the quotation, and reserves the right to conduct the tender process and select the successful respondent as it sees most advantageous.

The City staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal. Late, verbal, faxed or emailed submissions will not be accepted. Canvassing of City staff or councillors will render that proponents submission ineligible for evaluation in the RFQ process.
