Project goals

Development and implementation of seven (7) Project Delivery Division Portfolio frameworks (Portfolio Management, Portfolio Governance & Assurance, Change Control, Monitoring & Reporting, Resourcing, Benefits, Continuous Improvement, and Change Management) (‘the Portfolio Framework’).

Scope

The Energy Corporation of NSW (EnergyCo) seeks to procure a suitably qualified service provider for the development and implementation of seven (7) Project Delivery Division Portfolio frameworks (Portfolio Management, Portfolio Governance & Assurance, Change Control, Monitoring & Reporting, Resourcing, Benefits, Continuous Improvement, and Change Management) (‘the Portfolio Framework’) for the EnergyCo Project Management Office (PMO). The Framework will comprise a set of processes, tasks and tools to provide portfolio level guidance and structure for the execution of EnergyCo projects.

A mandatory tender briefing will be held on 14 March 2025 at 11am. Registration by 3pm on 13 March 2025 is required to attend. A registration link will be provided in a published Addendum.
