Summary of contract requirements:

Edward River Council is inviting quotations from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the supply and installation of a demountable Amenities Facility at Deniliquin

Saleyards, Deniliquin.

Scope

Supply and install suitable demountable Toilet and Shower facilities including footings and tiedown fixtures, external lighting, power, water and sewer connections. Amenities must

comply with AS 1428.1-2021 – Disabled Code.

Detail:

• Demountable amenities block to include 4 x individual cubicles, consisting of 3 x men’s toilets and showers, 1 x women’s/DAA compliant toilet and shower, at least one handbasin in each of the men’s and women’s facilities.

• Building must be secured with suitable security screens installed on external windows and doors and any other external fittings.

• All water, power and sewer connections to be installed and connected to existing services.

• All service location investigation works.

• All civil footing construction.

• All compliant chain tie-downs.

• Carry out all lifting and/or crane works.
