Treasury is redeveloping paymenttimes.gov.au to improve its usability, accessibility, and alignment with best-practice digital service delivery. The updated website will meet the Digital Service Standard (DSS) 2.0, ensuring a user-friendly and transparent platform where businesses can easily access and understand payment times data.

This project responds to the update to the DSS and relevant elements of the independent review of the Payment Times Reporting Act 2020, led by the Hon Dr Craig Emerson. The redevelopment will support delivery of the Review’s key recommendations, including improving the accessibility of reporting information, enhancing transparency in business payment practices, and fostering a broader culture of prompt payment in Australia.

To achieve this, we seek a seller with expertise in DSS 2.0 criteria and demonstrated experience in user research and website user testing to provide insights and recommendations for addressing current website challenges and guiding future development.
