Mitchell Shire Council is seeking the professional services of qualified Architects to act as Principal Consultant together with associated Subconsultants to provide consultancy services from Schematic Design through to Contract Administration and project completion for the proposed female friendly facility upgrade to the change rooms in the existing Otway Tuckett Pavilion within the Harley Hammond Reserve, Broadford, VIC.

Mitchell Shire Council intend to deliver this engagement over 2 stages. Stage 1 will be committed as a result of this RFQ process, with Stage 2 only to be progressed should the current funding application for this project be approved.
