Expressions of Interest are invited from proponents to lease The Kiosk @ Horseshoe Bay, South West Rocks located in the scenic Macleay Valley Coast on the Mid North Coast of NSW for a period of 5 years from 1 July 2025, with a five-year option.

Council is seeking to identify capable and experienced café or hospitality operators, with an interest in expanding the Kiosk’s services and revenue, which offers food and beverage sales to both tourists and residents.

A non-mandatory site briefing is scheduled for Tuesday 18 March 2025 at 4pm at The Kiosk @ Horseshoe Bay.
