Tender Description
This Industry Market Sounding is issued by the Australian Antarctic Division (AAD), a part of the Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water (the Department) and is being distributed to seek feedback from industry to test a range of commercial matters in the provision and utilisation of aviation jet services from Australia to the Antarctic Continent
The Department invites interested parties to submit a voluntary response to this Market Sounding Process.

Responses must be lodged electronically via Contracts@aad.gov.au with ‘Response to 25/535 – Request for Information, Jet Services’ in the subject title before the Closing Date and Time. Lodgement of Responses by any other means, to a different email address, by post, or by delivery to any Commonwealth office location will not be accepted. For completeness, there is no link for lodgement of Responses under the AusTender page for this Industry Market Sounding.
The Department is not required to accept Responses lodged after Closing Date and Time unless lateness is due solely due to mishandling on behalf of the Department.
