The Net Zero Economy Authority (NZEA) Business & Information Services team (the Team) are looking for a motivated individual with strong technical, analytical and stakeholder management skills to join our project team as Senior Business Analyst (BA) with a focus on ICT Operations and End-User operations.
The Net Zero Economy Authority (NZEA) has engaged a vendor to design, build and manage a Microsoft Azure/Microsoft 365 environment, rated at the PROTECTED level. NZEA are currently on the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet network, receiving all services from them as an IT Service Provider tenancy.
The Senior BA (Operations and End-User) will play a key role in transitioning to a new ICT operating model, where NZEA will operate our own ICT capabilities, using a managed service provider for technical system and support services. The role requires collaboration with vendors and stakeholders to deliver efficient, secure, and user-focused services.
The BA will establish relationships with colleagues across NZEA and our Managed Service Provider (MSP) to understand the existing relationships between NZEA staff, systems, data, records and applications across the networks and how they will migrate to, and operate in, the new operating model.
