Lake Macquarie is the Hunter Region's largest city, accounting for 35% of the Lower Hunter population. Moreover, the city's population is expected to grow by 39,000 by 2041, creating a demand for 12,000 new dwellings and associated infrastructure.

ABOUT THE TENDER:

Council is seeking experienced and qualified contractors to carry out the provision of Park Management services at Blacksmiths Beachside Holiday Park.

TENDERERS TO NOTE:

In the preparation and submission of the tender and without limiting the Tenderers obligations, the Tenderer shall submit a tender which includes all Schedules including the Tenderers Declaration Schedule and any other declaration required completely filled in and signed, together with any other documents, information and details necessary to make the tender complete. The tenderer shall not submit a tender without a firm intention to proceed nor engage in any form of collusive practice not directly or indirectly canvass support from an elected member or employee of Council at any time.
