The City of Greater Dandenong (“Council”) is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Early Years Manager (EYM) organisation to deliver professional leadership and centralised management of the Keysborough South Integrated Children’s Centre & Community Hub, focussing on providing childcare provision and kindergarten services with a goal in improving educational outcomes for children in preparation for formal schooling in Keysborough.

The Keysborough South Integrated Children’s Centre (KSICC) and Community Hub has widespread community support and will provide a focal gathering place for the community, offering flexible multipurpose early years spaces to cater for a range of activities and services.

The appointment will be undertaken over two consecutive stages:

1. EOI Review Process

A review of experience and credentials, as an early year’s manager and consultation with Council on capacity to deliver a new childcare/kindergarten services in Term 4 October 2025.

2. License Agreement /Licensing

Development of a license agreement with Council, licensing and establishment of new childcare/kindergarten services with the Department of Education and Training (DET).
