The Live Animal Export Branch (LAE) within the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry is seeking a suitable provider to design and implement an information management solution.

The project includes end-to-end implementation, covering both technical and non-technical aspects. The information management solution will support efficient capture, classification, and lifecycle management of LAE records.

The successful provider would be required to:

• Work with internal stakeholders to create an Information Management Strategy that meets the needs of LAE as well as legislative requirements
• Work with internal stakeholders to design and implement a Business Classification Scheme that meets the needs of LAE
• Ensure the strategy and scheme align with not only legislative records management requirements, security and privacy standards, but are also consistent with records management best practice
• Develop a suite of instructional documentation to assist with records management including retention and disposal authorities and naming conventions
