Regents Park Library Precinct - Public Art Murals

Cumberland City Council (the Principal), in response to RFx1162 is seeking submissions from appropriately qualified and experienced public artists/consultants/curators to provide the design, implementation, and reactive maintenance (12 month period following implementation) of two public art wall murals as part of the Regents Park Library Precinct revitalisation project in Regents Park.

The project is awarded for the contract work on a lump sum fixed price and schedule of rates basis in accordance with the fixed lump sum provisions, in the tender pricing schedules herein. The applicable terms and conditions of engagement are detailed in the attached Conditions of Contract.

Respondents will also utilise their strong working knowledge of public art mural projects to detail a schedule of rates to price variable or uncertain work elements, providing a hybrid approach to pricing depending on the specific work required throughout the project.

CONTRACT: Professional Services Agreement

TERM: 15 Months

No site briefing has been planned. It is expected that the Respondents make themselves familiar with the site prior to submitting a response.
