The New Plymouth District Council is looking for a contractor to undertake the Devon Street tree removal and replacement project. Following the Easter Break, the NPDC parks team will remove 11 alder trees.

As the contractor, you will be responsible for the Traffic Management Plan (TMP) application and implementation. Confirming the location of any underground services to prevent disruption or damage during construction.

You will demolish existing tree pits and remove stumps to the specified levels, then construct new tree pits and garden bed structures or reinstate bluestone/paving tiles according to the design drawings. Detection services must be used to ensure that construction and excavation activities do not affect any service lines.
