Tender Description

Expression of Interest:

Council is looking to engage an experienced interpretive design / signage fabricator to work with a landscape contractor who can work collaboratively to interpret and deliver this sensitive site’s history to a high quality.

Works comprise the delivery of the interpretive content including an interpretive entrance arch & signage, oversized marbles, scaled up toddlers’ blocks, interpretive seating and a shelter with an interpretive table element. (See Project Location). Landscape improvements include pathways, planting and furniture elements.

 Requirements:

  • Develop shop drawings / footing certification / soil testing for the interpretive devices and landscape elements.
  • Fabrication, delivery and installation of the interpretive devices and landscape elements.
  • Associated landscape works, including various pavements and planting.
  • Coordination of the works between the various contractors.
