Disruption and heightened competition from corporates, emerging trends and changing market dynamics in the WA wagering industry are driving the need for WA TAB to transform its current operations and consumer products and services to ensure the business remains both relevant and competitive in the market. In response, WA TAB’s strategic growth objective is to increase current market share by improving existing market offerings for both digital and retail channels, delivering enhanced customer centric product offerings and further strengthening the TAB Brand.
To achieve this business objective, RWWA has recognized the need for WA TAB to adopt a more customer-centric, innovative, data-driven and ‘whole of business’ approach to sustainable long-term growth that requires the business to “deliver exceptional customer experiences by placing our customers at the centre of everything we do”. As a result of this, RWWA has decided to engage the market to identify and implement a suitable replacement Software-As-A-Service (SAAS) based system to support its current and future needs.
