BGIS is experiencing significant current and projected future growth across our South Australia Property Management and Building Maintenance divisions. To support this growth, expressions of interest are sought from certified and accredited suppliers in key regions of South Australia.
We seek contractors who have demonstrable experience in the following areas:
• Fire systems
• Electrical systems
• HVAC systems
• Vertical transportation systems
• Hydraulic/plumbing systems
• Security systems
• BMS
• Audio/visual equipment
• Laboratory systems
• Breathing apparatus
• Height safety systems
• General building maintenance (Handyman)
• Cleaning and housekeeping services
• Pest control
• Landscaping, gardens, and grounds
• Waste management, collection, transport and disposal incl. secure document destruction
• Catering and vending incl. consumables management
• Conference and event management
• Linen and Laundry Services
