The Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission (ACIC) is seeking a vendor to lead a senior executive level incident response simulation along with related exercises, facilitation and documentation.

The vendor will work with ACIC to define the overall objectives, stages and duration of the exercise.

The vendor will design a scenario intended to address Customer’s perceived vulnerabilities, identified threats and/or potential data security issues. The vendor is to moderate the simulation by introducing the scenario and prompting ACIC senior executive level participants for their feedback and participation relative to their respective roles and areas of organisational responsibility.

The simulation will be a single session that lasts a half-day or less, proposed dates are sometime in the week of the 7th to the 11th of April, if that is unable to be accommodated dates to be agreed between vendor and ACIC for early May.

After the simulation, the vendor will deliver a report to ACIC with observations and recommendations to assist ACIC improving their incident response capabilities.
