Tender Description
The Department for Education seeks to procure a centralised solution for schools to access a Temporary Relief Teacher (TRT) management platform which will enable all South Australian schools and preschools to have access to a system to find, book, and manage TRTs in a seamless, time-sensitive, and consistent manner, while also providing TRTs with a user-friendly and convenient way to interact and stay connected with school sites.
The department seeks to achieve a unified TRT sourcing, booking and management system that enhances workforce operational and cost efficiencies, optimises overall resource allocation, and improves the administrative workload for site leaders, teachers, and support staff related to this task.
This platform will support 850 sites in both metro and regional South Australia including remote areas.
