ABOUT THE TENDER

The University's Sustainability Strategy 2030: Here for Good outlines its strategic plan to address the accelerating environmental, social, economic, and human-induced climate changes occurring globally.

As part of its Here for Good commitment, the University is dedicated to developing and endorsing Campus Climate Resilience Plans focused on infrastructure. These plans will be developed for the following campuses:

1. North Terrace campus buildings

2. Roseworthy campus buildings

3. Waite campus buildings

The buildings across these three campuses range from those built in 1874 to more modern structures. The buildings have been categorised into four main asset type as per their alignment with core University functions: High, Medium, Support and Low Criticality.

The Climate Resilience Plan needs to primarily focus on assessing risks and recommended mitigation actions for High, Medium and Support buildings across the three campuses

SUBMISSIONS

Completed responses must be submitted via the electronic tender box on the tendering portal. Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion. 

CLOSING DATE AND TIME

Tenders close at 5.00pm ACDT on Thursday 3rd April 2025 and submissions must be fully received by this time. The University is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. Staff of the University are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal. Late, verbal or emailed proposals will not be accepted.
