The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a Block A Refurbishment at Moggill SS, located at 3417 Moggill Rd, Moggill QLD 4070, as part of the Targeted (TARGETED) program.
The refurbish and reconfigure three (3) existing General Learning Area Classrooms into two (2) new classrooms with associated services updates and new teaching joinery walls on Level 1 of Block A. The position of the building is at the front of the school with site access from the street. Methodology, programme and design finalisation will be key to the project delivery. All works are to be completed by 27 June 2025.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1m
QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance
It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
