1. SCOPE OF SUPPLY AND STANDARDS

1.1 Labour Hire

(a) The Supplier must provide e qualified Personnel (including supervisors) according to the Trade Categories as requested by the Rio Tinto Company on a labour hire basis.

(b) The Supplier must ensure that its Personnel have the following training qualifications as per Table 1 Trade Category requirements:

(i) High Risk Work Licence including but not limited to:

(A) forklift

(B) elevated work platform

(c) In addition to the qualification requirements detailed in Section 1.3, the Supplier must ensure that all Supplier Personnel attending the Rio Tinto Company Site must complete the following prior to Commencement Date of their labour hire:

(i) Rio Tinto Company online induction

(ii) drug and alcohol test completed no earlier than 14 days prior to Commencement Date; and

(iii) human performance training (delivered by the Rio Tinto Company Representative).

1.2 Heavy Equipment Major Maintenance

(a) The Supplier on request from the Rio Tinto Company, must complete some of / or all of the major maintenance activities as requested by the Rio Tinto Company.

(b) The Supplier must complete all major maintenance activities accordance with the original equipment manufacturers specifications.

(d) The Supplier must provide sufficient Personnel required to complete the Services.

1.3 Personnel qualifications

(a) The Supplier must ensure that its Personnel meet the minimum requirements/qualifications for each Trade Category, as set out in Table 1 below:

(b) The Supplier must provide confirmation of Personnel skills for specific job requirements including qualifications and relevant certificates if requested by the Rio Tinto Company.

(i) inform the relevant Rio Tinto Company; and

(ii) provide replacement Personnel who have been approved by the Rio Tinto Company prior to commencing the Services.

(d) The Supplier must ensure that each of its Personnel have in place a current medical, including alcohol and other drugs screen (which must be obtained within 28 days before commencing Services)

High Voltage Electrician / HV Electrician	Minimum three(3) years’ experience in a trade background or electrical engineering Recognised Electrical Contractors Licence or A Grade Electricians Certificate or Mechanical Trades Certificate Formal qualifications in mechanical or electrical engineering discipline or equivalent experience Previous experience working on a mine site (essential) Current senior first aid Certification would be advantageous. Boiler-Maker / Welder	Minimum three(3) years’ experience in a trade background or mechanical engineering Recognised trade certificate or qualifications in boilermaker welding or fitting Formal qualifications in mechanical engineering disciplines or equivalent experience Previous experience working on a mine site (essential). Line Borer	Minimum three(3) years’ experience in a trade background or mechanical engineering. Recognised trade certificate or qualifications in fitting or turning. Formal qualifications in mechanical engineering disciplines or equivalent experience. Previous experience working on a mine site (essential). Hold, as a minimum, a dogman (DG) qualification to rig loads or as a minimum, an intermediate rigger (RI) qualification to design or approve critical lifts and/or rig (reeve) cranes. Hold the relevant class of high-risk work licence.
Supervisor	Minimum five(5)+ years’ leadership experience in mining, quarry or heavy industry. Otherwise eight (8)+ years in a trade background or electrical/mechanical engineering Recognised Electrical Contractors Licence or AGrade Electricians Certificate or Mechanical Trades Certificate Formal qualifications in mechanical/electrical engineering disciplines or equivalent experience Hold, as a minimum, a dogman (DG)qualification to rig loads Hold, as a minimum, an intermediate rigger(RI) qualification to design or approve critical lifts and / or rig (reeve) cranes Hold the relevant class of high-risk work licence. Service Personnel	Minimum three(3)+ years’ experience in a relevant trade background Previous experience working on a mine site (essential). Formal qualifications in mechanical engineering disciplines or equivalent experience Hold, as a minimum, a dogman (DG) qualification to rig loads or as a minimum, an intermediate rigger (RI) qualification to designor approve critical lifts and/or rig (reeve) cranes. Hold the relevant Forklift licence Hold an unrestricted HR licence Hold the relevant class of high-risk work licence.

If successful, suppliers will be notified of any changes prior to award. Your EOI response may be referenced or re-used in the next six months if a similar scope of work is required by Rio Tinto.
