DESCRIPTION OF WORK

The Regional Council of Goyder is seeking suitable contractor to carry out some blue stone kerb and concrete kerb and gutter and rubble footpath works. The works involves 5 footpath sections located in the township of Burra. 

Market Street Kerbing and Footpath Works

1. Market Street footpath section in front of Burra Hotel = Approximately 26m

2. Commercial street footpath Section in b/w John barker street & Dump Road = Approximately 50m

3. Bath street footpath Section in b/w Kangaroo street & Queen street = Approximately 63m

4. Lower Thames Street Footpath Section in b/w Bath Street and stock street = Approximately 119m

5. Market Street Footpath Section in b/w St Just Street & Mine Look out Road = Approximately 346m

The height of kerb is varying between 300mm to 400mm for this section of kerbing works, any extra work to adjust the levels/height of the kerb will be paid as a variation to the tender.

A briefing session will be held at 1 Market Square, Burra, South Australia, Australia, 5417 on 2:00 pm 27 March 2025.

Notes: Briefing will start from Council Office at Burra

A site visit is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
