Australian Centre for International Agricultural Research (ACIAR) is requiring a Service provider who will provide specialist network and cyber security skills with a focus on CISCO and Palo Alto to provide resources to augment and support ACIAR ICT operations team. The service provider will provide level three support, escalation assistance and ongoing maintenance across ACIAR networking and cyber security to assist with system stability, service uptime and compliance to Australian Government Cyber Security Policies such as PSPF, ISM & the Essential 8.

This service includes proactive maintenance tasks which are scheduled and proactively completed by the service provider as well as the ability to call on networking and cyber security expertise within agreed Service Level Agreement and rates. The Service provider will provide monthly reports to ACIAR on activities outlined within the scope of the statement of work utilizing both existing monitoring tools which can be expanded in agreement with ACIAR.
