Tender Description
Western Health are intending to release an open Request for Tender (RFT) to undertake civil and electrical works at Sunshine Hospital, Furlong Road, St Albans VIC 3021.
Works include:
- Zebra crossing
- Vehicle lane and gate widening
- New footpath
- New FRV truck bays
- Additional vehcile drop-off bays
- Main entrance lighting upgrade
- Landscape area lighting upgrade
- Traffic signage upgrade
Works are targeted to commence approximately May 2025 and be completed by July 2025.
Relevant experience in executing similar projects in a live hospital environment is mandatory. Site inspection is also mandatory prior to tender submission.

A briefing session will be held at Sunshine Hospital, 176 Furlong Road, St Albans, Victoria, Australia, 3121 on 31 March 2025 09:00 am.
