The City of Kingston is seeking submissions to appoint a qualified and experienced consultant to work with them on Carrum Foreshore Reserve Playspace Renewal & Carrum Coastal Reserve Landscape Improvement.

The successful consultant will be required to:

* Prepare a Playspace Renewal Plan that addresses the requirements of a 'District' level playspace that utilises the existing playspace footprint, incorporation of new water play elements and retention of the existing boardwalk and artwork within the playspace.

* Prepare a Landscape Improvement Plan for a section of the existing Carrum Coastal Reserve to decommission the existing 'water play' area and return this to publicly accessible open space.

* Provide landscape concept designs, community consultation material, cost estimates, design development and tender documentation packages to use for construction of the District Level Playspace Renewal at the Carum Foreshore Reserve and the landscape improvements to the Carrum Coastal Reserve.
