Procurement of Hyperspectral camera
Tender ID: 581441
Tender Details
Tender Description
Western Sydney University (WSU) is seeking a portable hyperspectral imaging system for field-based material analysis. The system must cover a spectral range of 900 nm to 1700 nm, be lightweight, rugged, battery-operated, and support real-time image acquisition and data transfer. Additional requirements include after-sales support, training, and warranty coverage.
Suppliers should provide details of their experience, support services, and warranty terms. The solution must meet or exceed the specified technical requirements for successful field use.
Scope of Services:
This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks a provider to supply a portable hyperspectral imaging system for Western Sydney University (WSU) to support field-based material analysis and research.
In-Scope:
• Hyperspectral Imaging System: The core system must cover a spectral range from 900 nm to 1700 nm, suitable for comprehensive material analysis in various field conditions.
• Imaging Capabilities: The system should capture both spatial and spectral data for the scene, creating a 3D data cube for detailed analysis of materials. The data should be stored in micro SD cards or similar and raw data are accessible.
• Portability: The system must be lightweight, rugged, and battery-operated, capable of supporting extended field use without relying on external power sources.
• Software and Integration: The system should be compatible with data analysis software for spectral analysis and material identification. Proposals should include details of software compatibility, real-time image acquisition, and data storage and transfer capabilities.
• Support and Training: The proposal must include options for warranty, technical support, and training for WSU staff to ensure proper use of the system and long-term reliability.
