This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Murray Darling Basin Authority (MDBA), which is responsible for managing one of Australia's largest river systems, is currently in need of cyber security managed services to augment its existing ICT services. The MDBA acknowledges the significance of safeguarding its digital assets and effectively addressing security risks to fulfill its mandate of conserving the ecological well-being of the basin and promoting the sustainable utilisation of its resources. Therefore, the MDBA is looking to collaborate with a provider capable of delivering cyber security services to ensure comprehensive protection and support, enabling the MDBA to concentrate on its primary tasks while maintaining a solid security posture.
The Managed Service Provider (MSP) will manage and monitor the cyber security of all systems and tenancies under the responsibility of the MDBA. The MSP will deliver cyber security solutions and services to improve MDBAs security performance and interconnectivity. These services will ensure that the MDBA maintains a strong security posture, stays informed about potential threats, and complies with relevant regulations. The MDBA will select a Seller based on:
- Demonstrated cyber security expertise and experience.
- Ability to provision tailored cyber security services based on MDBA requirements.
- Demonstrated management and monitoring of cyber security services for Australian Government agencies that can be tailored to meet MDBA requirements.
- Demonstrated compliance with cyber security service-level agreements (SLAs) aligning with the MDBA requirements.
- Demonstrated commitment to continual managed cyber security service improvement.
- Competitive cyber security managed services pricing models.
