Georges River Council is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) for a Non-Exclusive Licence Agreement of the Community Sporting Facility – Harold Fraser Oval, 276 Princes Highway, Kogarah Bay

The Non-Exclusive Licence includes One (1) storeroom (year-round) and shared sporting amenities being canteen, change rooms, referee room and medical room for each Summer Sporting Season period (1 September to 31 March) for the duration of the Licence term.

Council is offering a Non-Exclusive Licence Agreement for a term of five (5) years.
