• Prepare the system for the consolidation of disparate workplaces
• Develop a taxonomy for a consistent approach to naming including business consultation workshops to define the structure
• Configuration of Purview for Records Management including retention labels
• User access and role review and configuration to meet the organisations needs
• Implement capabilities of M365 as a native document management system to meet ISO 16175 and NAA Compliance
• Review and update of all IP Australia Record Disposal Authorities to ensure they accurately reflect the work of the agency and can be applied using the Purview retention labels
