Council is inviting Expressions of Interest from suitably experienced and qualified organisations to participate in the Procurement Process for the Design and Construction of the Kempsey-Armidale Road Restoration Project.

The Contractor must be prequalified under the National Prequalification System for Civil (Road and Bridge) Construction Contracts for prequalification class (or higher) F150, R3, and B2.

The EOI documents and the supporting information will be released in the Project Data Room at 02:00pm on Wednesday 2nd April 2025.

The project is jointly funded by the Commonwealth and NSW State Government.
