This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Buyer is seeking to enter a Professional Services arrangement with one or more suitably skilled Seller(s) who have the capability, capacity and experience to Partner with the agency to deliver the requirement.
1. The selected Seller(s) will be required to provide up to 20 full time technical specialist personnel on an ‘as needed’ basis during the term of the resultant contract. This number may increase over the term of the contract if additional programs of work are identified, where similar technical expertise is required.
2. The selected Seller(s) personnel will be onboarded as required throughout the lifecycle of the programs of work and will supplement existing APS staff to support the successful delivery of the programs.
3. The selected Seller(s) personnel will be required to ensure APS staff are upskilled and capable of maintaining the ongoing stability of the agency’s technical platforms.
4. Upskilling of APS staff will be measured by:
a. Increase in productivity of APS staff as their knowledge and skills base increases;
b. APS Career growth and retention due to job satisfaction, learning and advancement; and
c. Business and performance needs are met.
5. The selected Seller(s) personnel will be engaged under the agreed contract mechanism (refer to item 3.8) “as needed”. The selected Seller(s) will be required to have the ability to ramp up and down resources during peak periods as required by the Buyer.
6. The selected Seller(s) must be able to provide suitably skilled resources at the following levels:
a. Technical Engineering Expert (EL2);
b. Senior Technical Engineer (EL1); and
c. Technical Engineer (APS6).
7. Each level will need to have relevant skills and experience in one or more of the following roles that include, but are not limited to:
a. Desktop Engineer
b. Applications Engineer
c. Citrix Engineer
d. Microsoft M365 Engineer
e. Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) Engineer
f. Entra Engineer
g. Server Engineer
h. Azure Identity Engineer
