Tender Description
We are seeking an experienced event management company to coordinate the execution of the eeger launch roadshow. The roadshow will take place in each capital city across Australia, showcasing a new job search platform for industry professionals within Travel, Hospitality, and Tourism.
eeger is seeking end-to-end event management from venue sourcing, catering, theming and onsite logistics for each of the events.
The cocktail style product launch events are planned for May-June 2025 and will look to be completed within a two-week (business days only) period. Each event will run for approximately 2 hours in the afternoon.
