Tender Description
Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Finance (DOF) and Department of Training and Workforce Development (DTWD) are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake N Block fit out and refurbishment works at South Metropolitan TAFE Rockingham.
The Work includes but is not limited to demolition, ceiling and wall works, painting, carpentry, metal work, flooring, mechanical, electrical, security works, communication works, and making good.
Site Visit
A site visit will be held at Simpson Avenue, Rockingham on 7 April 2025 1:00 PM.
A non-mandatory site briefing will be held at South Metropolitan TAFE Rockingham. The location of the briefing will be Simpson Avenue, Rockingham Western Australia 6168.
