The NSW Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development (DPIRD) is calling for Requests for Quote for the Belgenny Farm Catering Contract.

This is a unique opportunity to take on the catering at Belgenny Farm, the “Birthplace of Australian Agriculture” located in Camden NSW.

Belgenny Farm has an established reputation of over 30 years of excellence in providing weddings, celebrations, funerals, conferences and other events.

The Granary function centre seats 180 people, the outdoor grounds and facilities can host up to1,000 people, and the maintenance and upkeep of the grounds are managed by the Department.

This is a fantastic chance to utilise this beautiful country setting that is located in the heart of Western Sydney, the largest growing development area in NSW.

We are seeking someone to deliver quality catering services for a range of events that can show:

• Demonstrable experience in providing high-quality catering services to a similar sized venue.
• Proven track record of innovative and diverse menu offerings tailored for a variety of events.
• Excellent customer service skills and event management capabilities
• The ability to adapt and respond to the unique needs of each event with creativity and professionalism.

Applications should include:

• Demonstrated excellence in customer service
• A marketing plan that incorporates a strong online social media presence, open days, menu tastings, and bridal expos
• Details of key personnel that will be involved in the management and operations of the catering contract
• Examples of innovative and diverse menu offerings tailored for a variety of events
• 2 x references from customers and 2 x references from suppliers

A tender briefing will be held onsite on 2 April 2025 at 11:00am to provide opportunity for interested parties to view the facilities and surrounding grounds.
