The Principal is seeking Tenders for provision of electrical maintenance, planned preventative services, and repairs for buildings, parks, oval and car park infrastructure and auxiliary power generators within the City of Swan.

The Contract will be awarded in three (3) Separable Parts;

(a) Separable Part A: provision of electrical and data maintenance and minor works, servicing, improvements and replacement of the Principal's existing and new building infrastructure.

(b) Separable Part B: provision of electrical maintenance and minor works, servicing, improvement and replacement of power and lighting infrastructure for parks, car parks, sporting oval lighting towers, park solar lighting, barbeques including control equipment, and minor street lighting.

(c) Separable Part C: provision of planned preventative maintenance, emergency and reactive repairs, and minor works to the Principal's auxiliary power generator sites, pump sites, and communication tower sites.
