Council is seeking a qualified and experienced engineering consultancy to undertake a review of previous studies, develop concepts designs of the two (2) options from the peer review and through the process of multi criteria analysis make recommendations on the preferred option to take to detailed design for the performance upgrade of the Hastings Point Wastewater Treatment Plant.
