Builders are invited to lodge an expression of interest in tendering for the construction of facilities at Our Lady of the Angels Primary School, Kellyville. Construction involves a new two-storey classroom building with associated services and external works and minor modifications to an existing building.

This is a systemic Catholic School within the Diocese of Parramatta. Registrants should demonstrate the following:

• Provide details of similar projects completed circa $5m - $10m. Include the scope of work, client name, location, and completion dates. Detail experience working in a live school environment constructing educational facilities.
• Outline your company's Work Health and Safety policies and procedures. Provide details of your safety record on past projects. Describe any innovative approaches or sustainable practices your company would bring to this project.
• Please provide any additional information that you believe is relevant to your expression of interest.
• Compliance with the National Construction Code 2022 and the Australian Government Building and Construction WHS Accreditation Scheme
