Builders are invited to lodge an expression of interest in tendering for the construction of facilities at Caroline Chisholm College, Glenmore Park. Construction involves a new two storey classroom building and associated external works plus partial internal refurbishment of an existing building.

This is a systemic Catholic School within the Diocese of Parramatta.

Registrants should demonstrate the following:

- Provide details of similar projects completed circa $10m $20m. Include scope of works. client name. location and completion dates.

- Detail experience working in a live school environment constructing educational facilities.

- Outline your company's Work Health and Safety policies and procedures. Provide details of your safety record on past projects.

- Describe any innovative approaches or sustainable practices your company would bring to this project.

- Please provide any additional information that you believe is relevant to your expression of interest.

- Compliance with National Construction Code 2022 and the Australian Government Building and Construction WHS Accreditation Scheme.
