Banana Shire Council is a day labour Council with a very new safety team comprising of two new-to-industry advisors, a support person a Principal Advisor, and a Coordinator.

We are looking for a Mentor/Coach with Local Government experience to provide infield mentoring/coaching for two advisors, for two days per month, totaling 6 months with the possibility of a 6-month extension.

The mentor or coach will need to have experience in:

• Small construction projects
• Waste (landfill)
• Water
• Sewerage.
