Tender Description

This Tender is invited by the Issuer.

The CITO Office architecture team creates and maintains the architecture and technical documentation for AIHW’s systems as part of the standards management, with the aim to use these in future state architecture development and publishing these on our EA repository (Orbus infinity) for the institute. A recent discovery exercise has identified gaps in the technical documentation for many systems (approximately 13 systems with 5 core systems).

We are looking for a suitably qualified resource, to perform the following activities under the direction of the Enterprise Architect.

1. Develop missing technical documentation for AIHW systems. The documentation may include capturing the system context diagrams, high level architecture, data flow diagrams, capturing details and modelling system integration interfaces, and capturing the “As built” information (technical stack details);

This task will include reviewing/reusing some of the existing documentation as well as engaging with key system contacts to capture the most recent information about these systems.

2. Use Orbus infinity iServer to develop and publish the missing documentation.

3. Update the existing application list with any new information that surfaces as a result of this exercise.

4. Assist Enterprise Architect in updating the Architecture templates.

5. Assist Enterprise Architect in updating the ARB templates and documenting governance process.

6. Assist Enterprise Architect in setting up a SharePoint page for ARB document submission and agenda/ minutes publishing; and

7. Assist Enterprise Architect in developing other relevant artefacts / documentation (if needed).

These deliverables are required to be completed by 30 June 2025
