1. Purpose

Building on the foundational work, this procurement activity seeks to engage services to assist in the delivery of an 18-month Delivery Improvement Program, which includes developing detailed roles and responsibilities for some functions and undertaking a broader functional analysis.

The successful supplier must have previous exposure to similar activities and possess the assumed knowledge required for this engagement and demonstrate that any proposed key personnel have suitable experience to deliver on the requirements.
