Runaway Bay Seagulls Junior Rugby Leage Club is calling for submissions for the Design and construction of a new change Facility and club amenities. The site is located at 225 Morala Avenue, Runaway Bay, QLD 4216.

The works involve demolition of the existing brick changerooms and the design and construction of a new single storey facility. The new facility will include changerooms, amenities, canteen and public toilets. The block is located on the roadside boundary and has limited working space. A preliminary design has been completed and requires minor development for construction. All works are to be completed by December 2025.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with insurances and a QBCC Builder's Licence to undertake the entire scope of works.
