This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Office of the Inspector-General of Aged Care (OIGAC) is implementing a case management approach to its functions on the Salesforce platform and a data and analytics function on the Google Cloud Platform with support from the Department of Health and Aged Care as its Shared Services Provider.
The OIGAC is seeking support from an independent IT Strategy supplier to:
1. Review and advise on the current ICT projects under development in OIGAC including a high-level review of business requirements and a gap analysis of delivery to date and remaining backlog.
2. Provide an independent analysis of the benefits of both platforms in supporting OIGAC needs, as well as the best fit for the requirements of the Office.
3. Support the development of a joint delivery roadmap across the case management and data and analytics platforms outlining deliverables and functionality through to June 2026 within the available budget.
4. Undertake a Cyber Security Maturity Assessment.
Further to the above, the OIGAC may seek the preferred supplier to finalise the development of an IT Strategy to support the IT implementation and maturity over time.
1. Review Current ICT Projects
Deliverable: A comprehensive assessment of the case management and data analytics platforms currently developed, a gap analysis report analysing the current business requirements and an assessment of current and future state. This deliverable will also include a workshop with our crm/edap teams.
2. Independent Benefits Analysis
Deliverable: A high-level report on the benefits of the solutions proposed by the delivery teams to meet the needs of OIGAC in delivering its functions.
3. Delivery Roadmap
Deliverable: delivery roadmap developed in collaboration with the CRM and EDAP teams, outlining the functions and timelines for project completion through to June 2026 within the current budget. This deliverable has an optional workshop with our crm/edap teams.
4. Cybersecurity maturity risk assessment
Deliverable: Risk analysis and findings, current maturity assessment, target maturity recommendations and an action plan.

5. Development of IT Strategy
Deliverable: Advice on, and finalisation of an IT Strategy for the OIGAC, detailing the plan for IT implementation and maturity over time, including key milestones and performance indicators.
