Tender Description

The provision of consultancy services for an Industrial Document and Remuneration Review Project for Community Enterprise Queensland (CEQ).

We are seeking a provider to develop an end-to-end Role & Reward synergy framework.

This framework will include:

1. The streamlining and creation of new, contemporary role titles aligned to appropriate levels within the workforce structure (THRIVE Alignment on ‘levels’ – to be discussed on award of tender)

2. Benchmarking, competitive remuneration recommendations and a remuneration framework (THRIVE Alignment on ‘levels’ – to be discussed on award of tender)

3. A policy for managing remuneration going forward including the guidelines for salary increments and/or remuneration reviews (THRIVE Alignment on ‘levels’ – to be discussed on award of tender)

4. Development of all new Position Descriptions, aligned to all Award Level Classifications and Non-Award salary banding levels as per the developed remuneration banding framework (THRIVE Alignment on ‘levels’ – to be discussed on award of tender)

5. Review and amendment to existing Letter of Engagement to ensure legal compliance and alignment to the Retail Industry.

6. Drafting of all new Letters of Engagement for the workforce including new role titles and Award Classification Level or Non-Award information.
