Horizons Regional Council is in the process of a major office building project adjacent to their existing site on Victoria Avenue in Palmerston North. The Horizons Office Building Project aims to consolidate Palmerston North based staff into a single three-storey 4600m2 site to improve operational efficiency, foster a cohesive culture and address space deficits. It is proposed that approximately 290 staff will be accommodated across open plan office space and several private offices.
The Respondent must have suitably qualified personnel with the technical and practical expertise, and with availability to support Horizons Regional Council. The key roles that we will require support for include;
- Architect
- Designer/LBP
- Structural Engineer
- Civil Engineer
- Mechanical Engineer
- Electrical Engineer
- Plumbing and Drainage Engineer
- Fire Engineering
- Fire Protection
- Engineers with Expertise in areas such as Green Building Design, Ventilation & Air Conditioning and Acoustics, Noise & Vibration and Space planning, Town Planning, Topography / Geotechnical Surveying
- Any other role required to complete the requested services.
