Feed and water on livestock export ships are distributed via piping systems or manually with buckets. Consumption levels are then calculated by hand, relying on a labour-intensive process carried out by trained stockpersons. We are seeking technological partners with real-time, automated technologies capable of measuring and monitoring feed and water distribution on livestock export ships. Such systems would enhance transparency, improve data accuracy, and optimise resource allocation while reducing reliance on manual checks. The technological partner will collaborate with our delivery partner to design and implement proof-of-concept trials in the livestock export setting.
