Tender Description
This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Customs and Border Modernisation Branch is seeking a vendor to provide resources with experience and capability in trade reform to support its work in delivering against the Simplified Trade System (STS) reform agenda.
The Branch is seeking assistance in delivering the following objectives. Other deliverables may arise, over the engagement:
- Trade System Design Support – strategic support on the complex design of digital, architectural and technical initiatives that will deliver the Trade System.
- Delivery Support – support to the ABF, including establishment of project documentation, frameworks, risk management, and processes and tools to support project delivery.
- Supporting research activities for the development of policy proposals concerning trade reform
Sellers are invited to provide the following;
- Statement of experience and capability – 5 pages
- Resource profile and availability to 30 June 2025
