The City of Gold Coast (the City) is seeking to engage in market sounding with experienced and capable industry-leading firms, including:

Determining market interest and capacity to holistically provide the broad range of services described in this information brief (under a partnering arrangement with the City)

Obtaining industry insights regarding the packaging of services and the level of partnering / subcontracting that would be required to deliver on the suite of services

Guiding considerations for an appropriate commercial framework for the potential partnering arrangement

Specifically, the City is seeking to gather insights from the market (through the Market Sounding Questionnaire) to assist us in identifying factors that may impact the development and delivery of the PSP-I.

IMPORTANT: It is strongly recommended that all companies with a genuine interest in holistically tendering for most / all proposed services (under a singular partnering arrangement) submit a Registration of Interest, including responding to the Market Sounding Questionnaire. It should be noted that this Market Sounding is targeted at organisations that may be able to provide the broad range of services, rather than those focussed on a sub-set of related disciplines.
