This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Australian Digital Health Agency (the Agency) is the system operator for the My Health Record system. My Health Record is a secure online summary of key patient health information. Healthcare providers can access the system to view and add information. Consumers can view their records also and keep track of their key health information.
At times the Agency needs to send out correspondence relating to changes to the My Health Record system or changes to consumer records.| In scope item | Number |

We will provide the following items to assist with the required task:
An inventory list of all correspondence, detailing the following for each item:
- ID
- Heading
- Overview / Purpose
- Type
- Message needs to be conveyed
Requirements – including but not limited to operational (Customer Service), legislative (Policy and Privacy), compliance Correspondence with table of information included. Please see attached for a sample of one of the letters.
The supplier must be able to write the correspondence in plain English and ensure that the content is understandable with clear next steps. The writer/writers will work collaboratively and closely with our Products and Communications team.
